Applicants for Passports, Consular Reports of Birth Abroad (CRBA) and Additional Visa Pages are seen by appointment only.  Before making an appointment please follow completely the instructions at

Applicants who come unprepared will have their appointments cancelled.

Americans seeking notarial and other services are seen without an appointment, in turn, Monday-Friday, 10-11am, not on  Indonesian/U.S. holidays,

Helpful hints for passport or Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) appointment holders:

o         be sure to complete all forms;

o         bring all required original supporting civil documents, evidence and required fees;

o         make an extra copy to leave with us or be prepared to pay USD 1 for each photocopy;

o         bring a prepaid courier mailer to return your completed passport or CRBA if you or a designated courier will come to pick it up;

o         click on the first or second entry on the appointment page for passports, as desired;

o         click on the third entry on the appointment page for CRBAs: "report the birth abroad";

o         upon arrival in ACS give your appointment confirmation to the cashier, who will take the required payment and direct you to the designated customer service window;

o         if you come unprepared your appointment will be cancelled, and if space is available that day, you will be directed to our waiting room to be seen after all other appointments are seen.
