Ambassador Pascoe and USAID Director William Frej lead the way as volunteers from the US Embassy, Indonesian and American NGOs, the American business community and the Indonesian Armed Forces help load two USAF C-130s in Jakarta January 1. The two planes arrived to pick up supplies donated by a host of organizations including  USAID, 
the JW Marriott Hotel, the Chruch of Jesus Christ of Latter Day  Saints, the American Chamber of Commerce, Land O' Lakes, the International 
Organization for Migration, the World Food Program, Mercy Corps and  Nurani Dunia. Once they were loaded 
the flight took off to Banda Aceh to  unload supplies.
