E-Teacher – Online Teacher Training Courses

The Office of English Language Programs offers the following five online teacher training courses:

• Teaching Critical Thinking– PDF - through the University of Oregon
• Assessment for EFL– PDF - through Indiana University
• Teaching English to Young Learners–PDF - through the University of Maryland, Baltimore County
• English for Business– PDF - through the University of South Carolina
• English for Law– PDF - through Nashville State Community College and the University of Memphis

The courses introduce the most recent English language teaching methods and techniques, offer the opportunity to engage in an innovative distance-learning program that employs the latest in modern technology, and provide direct access to U.S. experts with whom participants might not normally have the opportunity to interact. All participants must be nominated through American embassies.

If you are interested to be the next E-Teacher Candidate, please send in your CV and a short paragraph defining why you are interested in joining the program, to relojkt@cbn.net.id and CC relojkt1@cbn.net.id . Applicants processing is by July, and courses start early September.
